Peanut Butter Frosted Chocolate cookies

These peanut butter frosted chocolate cookies are delicious, and great for gatherings. If you are a chocolate lover, you have to try them out!

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter softened

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons vanilla

2 eggs

4 cups flour

1 cup peanut butter

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons water

15 Reese's peanut butter cups

Frosting

1/2 cup butter softened

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

4 cups powdered sugar

Chilling time	1 hour
Servings	20 cookies

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour, and baking soda in a bowl

2. Mix peanut butter, sugars, and butter in a large bowl. Add in vanilla and eggs

3. Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and combine well. Add in water

4. Place in fridge for one hour

5. Scoop cookie dough on a baking sheet. Dip drinking glass into white sugar and press each cookie

6. Bake for 12 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes

Frosting

1. Mix butter in bowl until fluffy

2. Add cocoa and vanilla. Slowly mix in powdered sugar

3. Frost cookies and place Reese's on top
