Pink sugar cookies

These pink sugar cookies are simple cookies to make and there well be plenty to share with friends!

Ingredients

1 cup butter

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup powdered sugar

2 eggs

3 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

5 cups flour

Frosting

1/2 cup butter

4 cups powdered sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla

1/4 cup milk

food coloring

Instructions

1. Mix butter, sugar, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl

2. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients. The dough should be crumbly

3. Roll dough out on parchment paper. If you have cookie cutters, this is the perfect time to make a cute design

4. Place on a baking sheet. Preheat over to 350 degrees F. and bake for 12 minutes. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes

Frosting

1. Mix butter for 3 minutes.

2. Add in powdered sugar until frosting is thick.

3. Add in milk and vanilla. Mix well. Add a few drops of food coloring

4. Frost cookies
